If y'all have not read Chelle's blog please go do so http://mylifeasimtellingit.blogspot.com/ Bonnie Wilcome has had a heart attack and is recovering. Nobody in the world is like Bonnie. I think we all share a big warm fuzzy spot in our hearts for her. God bless you Bonnie, I wish you a speedy recovery and the very best wishes. Happy Thanksgiving!!

All in a Word By Aileen Fisher T for time to be together, turkey, talk, and tangy weather. H for harvest stored away, home, and hearth, and holiday. A for autumn's frosty art, and abundance in the heart. N for neighbors, and November, nice things, new things to remember. K for kitchen, kettles' croon, kith and kin expected soon. S for sizzles, sights, and sounds, and something special that abounds. That spells ~~~THANKS---for joy in living and a jolly good Thanksgiving. . . . . Psalm 100 ( KJV ) "Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands. 2.Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing. 3.Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. 4.Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. 5.For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations." . . on the light side

Ok Feb date is out. Let me know if your in town New Years....I'll be here a bit of fun.... KIDS IN CHURCH 3-year-old Reese :'Our Father, Who does art in heaven,Harold is His name.Amen.' A little boy was overheard praying:'Lord, if you can't make me a better boy, don't worry about it. I'm having a real good time like I am.' After the christening of his baby brother in church, Jason sobbed all the way home in the back seat of the car. His father asked him three times what was wrong. Finally, the boy replied,'That preacher said he wanted us brought up in a Christian home, and I wanted to stay with you guys.' One particular four-year-old prayed,'And forgive us our trash baskets as we forgive those who put trash in our baskets.' A Sunday school teacher asked her children as they were on the way to church service,'And why is it necessary to be quiet in church?' One bright little girl replied,'Because people are sleeping.'

Dates

OK As of now the dates I have available are: January 1st {New Years Day- Thursday} all day regardless of size of group. This is what I'll be doing all day so y'all might as well come over if your free. I thought Barb had mentioned something around the 10 th. I can't do the the ninth because it's our anniversary so It would probably be best if it was held elsewhere. January 30th and 31st is retreat February 20 and 21st ? So lets discuss having a crop at my home on February 20 th and 21st (Friday& Saturday) and News years day. I'd like to take responsibility where it's due and at the moment this is the way I know how. If Betty and Barb would like I'd love to commit to doing summer, I'm not sure what will happen between now and then due to Rod and his work,{ in other words I don't want to make a promise that I cant keep} but as summer draws near I'd like to discuss it . I'd love it if Barb could do the card class {in Feb} at my place as well

Happly Ever After

back to the cartridge review....... . HEA (abbreviated) is a very complex cartridge for one reason only; layering Some of the images like Cinderella, Snow White will take several attempts to get the image just so. . Ill freely admit that this is a useful cartridge if your a princess lover Cinderella, Sleeping beauty, Snow White and Mulan along with a few sidekicks. . I hate to admit it but I've never use the cartridge for anything, AT ALL. Y'all know I love art projects but I've just not had the ump to tackle it. .It would be hard to mass produce anything for an invitation .Its a cute cart but I'd like to see less detail . .My advice borrow it from a friend don't buy it unless you have a small child in love with one of the charters.

mish mash

Custom crops has a sale until midnight tonight most cricut cartridges are $29.99 except for the very new. Personally I'm holding out until black Friday hoping that Creative express will once again wow the public with 4 for $100. link to CC http://www.customcrops.com/index.php?cPath=22_34 Did anyone watch the CMA's last night? I must say I love me some Brad Paisley. It was good but not as good a Carries Underwood's yellow dress last year that has burned an image of pretty in my mind. The good news is I have finally shed all the extra weight I picked up back in early spring making my total weight loss around 26 pounds. I'm wondering just what will fit in my winter wardrobe. I pack it up every year to make room for our six months of summer. I celebrated yesterday by making my hair a dark Auburn, what can I say other than I needed a change and to focus on the positive . I'm loving the cool weather it's great for knitting and I cant remember ever experiencing fall li

ELECTION DAY FEARS

So do any of you have Election day fears? Other than the obvious of your candidate not getting picked I fear the lines. My first Presidential election down south was not and experience I care to repeat. It took well over 4 hours and 3 of it was in the rain. Since my polling place has changed and I have bought a brand new umbrella (black) and I have checked the weather forecast (76 and clear)I'm crossing my fingers it wont be painfull . I plan to go in the morning and before lunch and I'm hoping I wont miss my knitting class, ww I can miss, but interfere with my knitting and I'm one angry chick. I hope to go to CB tomorrow afternoon and I 'm thinking we may have dinner after ( clipie will be with me) so if any of y'all would like to eat together I'd like that. Betty are you going to be there? I'd like to know so I can bring you a check. Also thanks for all the congratulations. The baby's are doing good they are still at the hospital and my niece i
