I had a great time this weekend we were missing a few so if you weren't at the crop I hope to see you the next time! And DW gets a special shout out for all that fantastic food she made us. Betty once again Thank You for sharing your building with a bunch of hooligans (at the current point in time the hooligan would be me).

HAPPY LATE Birthday to Barb!

One of my favorite songs as a kid was blue moon it was sung by Ella Fitzgerald and Frank Sinatra and went something like this:
Blue moon, you saw me standing' alone
Without a dream in my heart,
without a love of my own
Blue moon,
you knew just what I was there for
You heard me sayin' a prayer for
Someone I really could care for

So after this weekends festivities I designate this Blue week on the Blog!
Just be careful and watch out for the infamous BLUE BUCKET you never know whats been in it!
AM I in trouble or what?

Of course you will not know this song however i must express myself I want to live in Bexley So I can drive a big car I want to live in Bexley So I can act like a big star At least that's the way I remember the parody song in my head. This lovely song was composed by two male disk jockeys who hosted the pop music station in my home town. At the time Bexley was "the" place to live. So those who cant afford to live there naturally make fun of the people who do (do men really change as they grow older?) Today I was thinking about that song clipie and I went to Springhill Tn, drove through Franklin Tn, then we came to two little towns called Brentwood and Oak Hill. I must say I have seen some huge homes in my time I've been to parade homes worth millions and had more than 10,000 sq feet so yes I've seen big. I have a few great announcements our niece Raven (Rod's side of the family the one who got married in July) Is going to make us a Great Aunt and Uncle (again, his niece Tiffany has had two children already but I'm happy to play the part again) And it looks like Rod job is very stable for the next 8 years I have been sweating that one out for a while, his union contracts are not settled (yet) I'm thinking after yesterdays announcement we should be fine. So good news all around And knitting classes are starting up again so I'm excited about that I know none of you knit but you understand the concept of had made products hard and challenging but rewarding in the end.
