Sweet Shower

A sweet (and very large) Bridal shower was held for DW's baby girl this weekend. As you can see scrappers were represented at the shower. However some very important scrappers didn't get in the photo (sorry). I just was not thinking(as usual, at least I'm consistent) I missed DW, Rhonda and her daughter as well as Chelle who was sporting a very good looking her. The shower was held for a beautiful, bright, young, enthusiastic woman.

As you can see we really do own clothing that doesn't have scrapping phrase on it, or is not some type of pj. Good looking ladies if you ask me. Even if I was the only one to uhhhh..... wear jeans and wrinkled shirt : ).

Rhonda's card was OUT OF THIS WORLD BEAUTIFUL. My photo does not do it justice (stretch your imagination for the bride and groom she said) it was layered, had been glittered and was embossed and I'm sure I'm leaving out details.


Lisa made her a set of cards that are awesome in there own right.



In the back parking lot (of a church oh my!)I found these mysterious women. I think they were doing a deal, some kind of new "fix" scrappers are into.

too funny! glad the car door was covering my back side. I have some new serious motivation to get back on my diet (not that it will pan out to anything, but. . .) OH- and don't get excited - it is not that big of news and I am not sharing anyway!

Very sadly I will not get to see my clipie man until Sunday. Last night my sisters basement flooded and my b-i-l had to come up this morning. And you know what bites the very most? I did beat his high score on royal tiles and he wont even get to see it. My sisters sunk pump went out because her electric went out in the middle of a torrential down pour. Many roads were flooded and closed (I had to cross a road that had some water over it. Don't freak my dad was in his car behind me (I was driving a big huge Tahoe) and I could see the lines on the road when I crossed and I remember the saying "turn around don't drown" or what ever it is). So at 10:30 last night I made a wally run and to make a very long story short at 3 am I got into bed. My sister is beyond exhausted and and so is the rest of her family.
