AND.......

Happy Birthday Rhonda I'm just being honest when I say if I don't do it now I'll forget.

hi

I have survived the holidays and it's been a good Christmas. The New Year is sneaking up on all of us. I sincerely hope that this new year is filled with hope and is better for us all than this past one. I wish that for all of you, a smooth road down life's path for the next 12 months and beyond that. If your traveling stay safe, if your at home stay warm and remember I love y'all and miss you. New Yer Blessings to You and Yours Angie

Merry

Merry Christmas to all my friends and blog readers. Much love Angie

ITs 3

Its 3 its three degrees on my back porch. I don't mind three as long as I'm inside nice and warm, while the Christmas tree blinks and the cat is curled upon my feet. But I want compensation if it's going to be three I want snow, snow men, sledding , hot coca, kids offering to shovel the drive that sorta thing. #3 degrees without compensation its not fun. I hope you all are nice and warm this morning, snuggled down in robes and pj's with cute prints (or not). Stay warm! A

Santa

Well I think Mrs Clause is laundering Santa's suit about now. As for my self I'm wrapping gifts, starting to bake and such. Yes I'm swallowed up in all those small details that seem to make Christmas, Christmas. I hope you all are wallowing in Christmas joy, I hope your knee deep in wrapping paper and bows. I hope your baking and humming Christmas carols while you you wrap up last minute details. And most of all I wish you a Merry Christmas, I hope your New Year is merry and bright. I'll keep you all in my prayers throughout the year. Much Love Angie

One week

One week from today is Christmas eve. Man That time has simply flown by from Thanksgiving to now it feels like it was last weekend. I have very few to buy for this year seeing that the budget will be tight. Just a few things and a stuffed reindeer for Clipie will finish things up. I'll explain about the toy later when time is is not like an empty bottle. I hope to be done by the end of the week so I wont spend much time shopping on the most crazy Saturday this year. I really, really, really, had a great time this weekend, it was very fun very. I needed the break and have y'all to thank for it. And with that I'd like to thank everyone for the extra goodies and gifts. The cookies were fabulous (now gone after my elf dived into them)I must say we are all very good cooks. The pages are spectacular! I'm not sure what to store them in but its not going to fit in our old album, I may need want a new album. Do y'all think we might do this again? Give me some ideals on wh...

13 days until Christmas I'm not ready

I'm half awake while I type so don't expect much..... Did you know it's 13 days till Christmas? Yipes I'm just a bit taken back I'm not done and not ready for that. If I wanted to get technical I'ts really only 12 days because we usually celebrate on Christmas Eve. Ugh I'm not going to run out and shop at this point, I'm not only not in the mood but not ready to be around everyone germs just yet. This means that projects are running behind and out of control. I had intended to make a scarf for everyone in my family this year but I cant do that unless I knit one scarf a day at this point. Now that's not impossible just an enormous amount of knitting I guess it's decision time or time to schedule in at least 3 hrs of knitting a day. Don't get me wrong I love to knit but 3 hrs every day until Christmas that is hard for anyone to take no matter how much you love your craft. Speaking of being around people, for this weekend I was wondering does t...

Aren't they adorable? Who could resist such curtness ? I lost my heart to them I've caught the guck so I'm back, if all goes according to plan I'll be better by Friday and able to enjoy the festivities. Mean while I'm trying to finish my pages, tags, boxes and debate on making sweet potato casserole . Blessings A

rock and roll

OK all the next few days are going to be very slow on the blog. It's that time of year is it not? We are trying to put up Christmas decorations and the like. I also plan to be on a recon mission entitled "pictures of the twins" so hopefully I'll soon have a bunch of baby pictures to show off. Other than that I have two questions 1. I'm curious about family traditions, Do any of you have Christening gowns that are passed down in the family? Have any of you ever made a Christening gown? 2. Secondly what type of veggie dish? healthy? lathered in butter or sugar? cooked? one veggie or assorted? suggestions.....(please just not green bean casserole) sweet potato casserole with strudel topping? Have a good rest of the week and weekend blessings and prayers to all Angie

So how was every one's Thanksgiving? busy time here we are putting up the tree, and ITS"S SNOWING!!!!!! I'm working on my projects the 8x8 is coming along as well as the tags. I hope they don't need to match. Maybe I'll give y'all a sneak peak of what is to come (above)...... It's a nervous week as we wait for more news about hubby's work. I'm doing everything and anything to keep my mind off of what it's on. So be prepared for many weird and strange posts as I take my frustrations out in the form of strange and unusual chatter.
