One week

One week from today is Christmas eve. Man That time has simply flown by from Thanksgiving to now it feels like it was last weekend. I have very few to buy for this year seeing that the budget will be tight. Just a few things and a stuffed reindeer for Clipie will finish things up. I'll explain about the toy later when time is is not like an empty bottle. I hope to be done by the end of the week so I wont spend much time shopping on the most crazy Saturday this year.

I really, really, really, had a great time this weekend, it was very fun very. I needed the break and have y'all to thank for it. And with that I'd like to thank everyone for the extra goodies and gifts. The cookies were fabulous (now gone after my elf dived into them)I must say we are all very good cooks. The pages are spectacular! I'm not sure what to store them in but its not going to fit in our old album, I may need want a new album. Do y'all think we might do this again? Give me some ideals on why y'all are going to do with yours.

Also I'd like y'all to remember one another this holiday season. Some of us are going through very difficult times, I think we all could use an extra prayer in our lives. Blessings A

I had a vacation day yesterday and spent the day shopping with Jackie. She did most of the buying, she needed some clothes and stuff for work. I picked up a few last minute items, nothing big, my shopping is done. Just waiting on one package from Amazon and one from Barnes and Noble, don't care if they come before Christmas or not.

Also loved the weekend together and all the goodies. I put my pages in a hand made album by themselves. I might move them again, but for now the are good right there, I kind of like them by themselves. I have been recipe swapping for several years, so I have quite a few albums of varying sizes!

Thanks for reminding us to keep each other in our prayers and thoughts this holiday. The economy stinks and we are all effected in one way or another. I received devastating news earlier in the week from work, my health care out of pocket is doubling, almost $12,000/ year for health care in 2009. We have to make some drastic changes. Luckily I have all of you to "play" with at little or no cost, and luckily I have enough scrap stuff to last me a life time!
