My life it's just so darn exciting

Well domestic chores have been done the greenish grass has been cut and a birthday cake has been made. I truly thought this was supposed to be VACATION so why am I cooking at least two times a day? Will somebody answer that question? OK I'm done ranting

Carl's b-day is tomorrow and since he has no family here, a cake was baked and a present was given. He is 53 so my birthday candles came in handy for once (in reverse of course) we did celebrate early, tomorrow is the actually day but clipie and I are headed south for a 1 day excursion. On the way home I'm hoping to stop at Olive Garden for lunch or early dinner. And if I'm a real real good girl I'll beg for a trip to jo's I want that mm trimmer dw has my provo craft one has seen better days.

And can I just tell you IT been super nice to be alone with clipie. My b-i-l is working 10 hrs a day and we have so much enjoyed sleeping in and other things like watching a movie together (my super ex girlfriend -which was cut by the way) sitting out on the patio just normal stuff that we don't seem to have time to do on a regular basis so that part has been fun. The planning the rest of our vacation has been a bit more difficult. So we bought primer to paint our bedroom with (it was the only thing we could agree on at the time) now we are working on wall color. At this moment in time we pan to go see a travel agent (in the morning) and see if there is any nice places to go in Florida or Alabama any suggestions???? Coastal??? cheep???? or 4 or 5 hrs from Atlanta?? I just want a beach, a chair and 2 days and a good book. None of y'all have a home in the Hampton's I could stay at do you? I could go "check it out" for a few days, you know make sure the help isn't robbing you blind and wade in your pool and make sure that the pool water is being properly filtered. Sleep in your hammock and make sure it's attached properly? Or maybe one of you have a home in Key West? And Clipe could look for Mr Buffet? or maybe one of you won that big lotto wasn't it like 100 mill +?
No? OK then we will go see the travel agent.

Angie: I'm sorry.........my beach house is under renovation. I had a few million I needed to spend as a tax write off. I HIGHLY recommend Destin Florida. It is about 8 hrs from here and beautiful. I can't wait to go back there. You don't need a travel agent. Just get on the internet and look up Destin hotels (on the beach). Lots of WHITE sand, good food, fun and relaxation. It would be great!!!

just get on line there are 100's of
places to go. and usually cheaper than I travel agent. Atlanta doesn't have a beach. Destin is nice and it's only 8 hours the same with gulf shores alambama 8 hour drive. chelle

I have an unfurnished "summer home" in Rochester, only 10 minutes from the luxurious Lake Ontario water front, complete with beach. However, it's too poluted to swim there, but you can lay in the sand. You may need a sweater, it's only in the 60's this week.
